Expensive, but definitely high-end. Literally "whisper-quiet"; was able to carry on a whispered conversation within 10 feet of the dishwasher, mid-cycle. Tall tub with huge capacity, though this means the bottom of the tub is a couple of inches lower than a conventional machine. Worth getting used to. Clean design, solid feel. Door clicks open and closed without a latch button, and feels very secure. Blue light to indicate complete cycle is cool. My only complaint is that there is nothing to indicate the machine is running. This sounds like a silly quibble until you understand how incredibly quiet it is. Very easy to open it up mid-cycle. Perhaps a discreet red LED to shine on the floor while it runs? Absolutely my only complaint.

Installed this dishwasher as a replacement, so far we're very impress with the performance and features. My wife used to complain about the old dishwasher now she loves to do the dishes.

This is amazing to say the least. It is so sleek in the stainless and is so quite there is a blue light that shines on the floor to let you know it is finished! Isn't that great! Well I guess the main thing is how well does it clean? I can tell you no matter which cycle you choose and there are many cycles to choose from your dishes come out clean everytime. I have never owned a dishwasher that I just want to show off! Love it! A very big plus is that Electrolux stands behind every product they make and are always there for anything. Thank you Electrolux!

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever seen. I can see why it needs a light to shine on the floor when it's finished. In addition to being quiet the size and versatility of the inside is just as impressive. The racks have an unlimited number of configurations to allow just about any size or shape item to be washed The interior is very large to allow oversized loads and still clean without a problem. It is definitely worth the money.

This dishwasher is so quiet that you need to put your ear on the door to determine if it is operating. The engineering and construction is superb. The cost is higher than many other brands, but well worth every dollar in looks, controls simplicity, quality, and quietness.

Our Electrolux dishwasher is SO quiet and is easy to use. I love the functionality as well as the ease of adjusting the top rack and plate dividers. It has a nice, clean look.

I don't think I've never seen a dishwasher that's as quiet as ours. It's so quiet, that sometimes I forget that it's even running. Simply amazing. Looks good and works well. What more can you ask for?

The first time I used this dishwasher I honestly could not tell if it was really on. I had to place my hand on the door for a few seconds to convince myself it was working because I could not hear it. It is amazingly quiet. I love the variety of choices I have to set the wash cycles and all the options I have. It's great!

This dishwasher is great! Cleans everything perfect and when it runs you can barely hear it. The only thing that could be improved is display - it shows remaining washing time only when you open the door while it’s running so you need to interrupt the cycle. I would prefer to see it all the time. Anyhow it’s a great product like everything else made by Electrolux.

Quiet, Quiet Quiet! Can't tell its running! But it does run quite well. Totally clean dishes, pots, pans - everything. Lots of cleaning options. Lots of loading options. We searched long and hard, Compared this Electrolux model against all of the leadig brands. We picked it over the others and we were glad we did. Did I mention that it looks nice too?

I selected Electrolux based on their awesome reputation and based on my experiences with this dishwasher I was right!

We replaced another dishwasher of different manufacture because it was not performing. We chose the Electrolux because of its reviews and being a cosmetic twin to our Electrolux Wine Fridge which is another superb product. The Electrolux dishwasher was the most expensive of the ones we looked at but the reason became highly obvious. This is a very serious piece of kitchen technology. It cleans dishes, all the dishes, all the time, and I mean spotlessly clean. The Wave Touch controls are superb and you can choose from a huge range of cleaning options. The interior is massive and the top rack is so adjustable you can wash any size pot you have. The lower racks fold flat for another big range of options. The side cutlery and specialty holders are easily added, removed, or moved around. This machine chimes and shines a blue light on the floor when it is done because you cannot hear this thing running. It is absolutely dead quiet. Until you have experienced a product like this you just have no idea what you are missing.

The dishwasher is so quiet, people ask if you turned it on. It has multiple cycles to accomodate when it is just two people to 16. We are definitely Electrolux fans!!!

DESIGN This is a beautifully designed dishwasher. The stainless steel quality is superior and nothing felt cheap. FEATURES It has a control panel (wave-touch) that you changes different display options depending on the mode that you're in. This eliminate the need for a large amount of buttons and keep things minimal and simple. There are also a lot of options for different types of dishes and valuable stemware. For everyday use, the auto wash function will determine the amount of soiled dishes you have and adjust the options accordingly. There are two adjustable dish racks that will allow you washing big and tall items without too much fuss. The two tabs allow you to raise and lower the top rack, it's really simple. Another neat and simple feature is when it's done washing and drying the dishes, a blue LED light will shine on the floor to let you know that it is ready to be unload. PERFORMANCE Like I said, this dishwasher has many different options that you can tweak. If you have well water, this dishwasher will allow you to program high pressure water or even increase the water temperature. The first time I turned this on, I thought it was broken because I didn't hear anything running. But it is working, only super quiet! The only time you will hear anything is the water draining from the dishwasher into the drainage. Other than that the dishwasher is the quietest appliance you will ever hear (or not hear).

oh my god I love this dishwasher I don't think an appliance has ever made me this happy. I took out two of the baskets (and those 4 brown clips on top rack - not sure what they're for) to make room for more dishes - which is the great part, it's very flexible for what you need to wash. It's so quiet I can't even tell it's on - and my dishes have never come out this clean before.

Have had this for about 8 months. REALLY quiet - this is the best feature of the washer. Touch controls easy to understand and use. Two criticiisms - first , if dirty dishes left in waher for a few days, these don't get cleaned well - dried on food does not get washed off. Second, using liquid dishwasher soap leaves soap residue on whatever dish is in the lower rack closest to the soap dispenser. Have had glasses with a large streaki of soap on them after a normal wash cycle.

beeper Went of on water in Pan, service came out install gasket kit water in tub went humedity switch mayby the main control unit wont start. 3 days later switch re set? no more beeping, on light on Qi control ? wont come on Power to unite on Is there a fuse ? I have truly grown to depend on this dishwasher. One of the features that attracted me was its interior versatility. Combine that with the range of wash cycles and I can use it for anything and everything.The exterior appearance fits perfectly in my contemporary kitchen. I have had several issues requiring service and I must say that Electrolux has been very good at handling parts replacement quickly. I would encourage purchasers to invest in the extended warranty for this unit. I had to have the electronics replaced during the 2nd year of service and although it presented a slight inconvenience, the service technicians recommended by Electrolux were excellent and parts replacement was timely.

The dishwasher is only a few years old and we have had a leak in the system. I was informed that this is a common problem and will most likely happen again. If the company knows it's a problem why not come up with a fix that so the product is right to begin with? My machine is not as quiet as I had hoped. It's hard to pinpoint when it's noisiest as it seems to fluctuate over time. But it is better than many out there.

Purchased this dishwasher in Jan 2009. We were impressed with how quiet it was, you had to put your ear to the machine to hear it working. You cannot fill the racks as full as the manual states because all dishes will not be cleaned - dishes will be too close together. When you space them out, it cleans very well. We have had 3 repair issues - 7 months after the warranty expired, wash motor stopped. Electrolux did send a replacement motor, we paid for repair/installation. Five months later, it developed an electrical problem and quit working - we paid for the repair. Then 5 months after this repair, it quit working and noted and error code 01 (leak detected). No water leak found, but repair center thought control panel was bad. Another repair cost $400 parts/labor. Maybe this dishwasher was made on a Monday or Friday. Even so, for the price paid, it should be of better quality.

This Dishwasher looks great. The stainless is easy to keep clean and the controls are also easy to use. The inside looks as good as the outside and is very versatile in respect to dish placement. Okay, the key word was looks good. Otherwise this dishwasher does not clean your dishes. They must be completely clean before loading or it will leave a dry film on everything. The soap dispenser is always 1/4 filled with leftover detergent. I have to manually remove it between cycles each wash or it just continues to build up. It also uses a lot of rinse aid, but I do like the warnings you get when it is getting low. Sadly, I have had bottom of the line dishwashers that clean your dishes better. Considering that the Stove and the refrigerator in this line is AMAZING in all respects (I own the whole line), the dishwasher definately falls short.

I bought this dishwasher in March 2011 because of it's looks, capacity and Electrolux's reputation for quality products. I had top-rack cleaning issues from day 1, but...I have tried to manage that by pre-rinsing and being very careful in how it's loaded. I'm sorry to say that now, 8.5 months later, I'm waiting for a repair because it's leaking on the floor, setting the Error 01 leak code. I then looked online to see reviews on this model and...just since March, there have been MANY complaints of the same issue...one where the product had to be repaired 10 times and still leaked! Hope they fix it the first time for me, or I'm asking for a replacement DW, one without whatever design issue is causing this problem.

We bought this January 4, 2009. We are on our 4th warranty call. Thank goodness we bought the 4 year extended warranty plan. Computer cable loose, Water sensor alarm due to leaking gasket, and the second time now to replace the rollers for the lower basket. Very quiet. Washes as well as any other.

I am extremely disappointed in this dishwasher. Yes it is very quiet, and holds large items. It's cleaning ability is terrible. I have tried different configurations, water temperatures, and wash cycles. I rarely wash a load of dishes that gets everything clean and I always rinse the dishes before putting them in. If I have to clean before cleaning all I have is an expensive dish dryer. My old dishwasher would clean even crusty dry dishes. I've tried turning the water pressure up and down, the lightest weight piece of plastic doesn't budge during any wash cycle. No need for those hold down clips. The fancy cutlery holders only keep my cutlery from getting clean. My silverware is too big for the nifty holders. I use the basket from my old dishwasher. If I had doll dishes I could fit the number of place settings in that it claims. I guess if my old dishwasher was cheap and worthless I would think better of this one.

The dishwasher is a disappointment. The service people have been here and the problem of drainage still persists. My previous dishwasher did a better job on glassware. However. it is quiet and holds a great deal.

We bought the electrolux thinking it was the top of the line. That it would do a exceptional job. We have had this dishwasher for 2 years, and for the last 6 to 9 months their is a film on my dishware. The only way to get it out is by washing them by hand. Not so happy.

When I renovated my kitchen I bought the microwave, dishwasher , oven,warming drawer, beverage cooler all Electrolux, the dishwasher, is having problems since last two years.. Purchased through sears, with a protection warranty. Sears have replacement every part of the dishwasher still the dishwasher does not clean the dishes or dissolve the tab or liquid soap. I was told to run the washer with cleaning solution, vinegar,baking soda, I did all this even after this the dishwasher is still not working, I even started the hot water before the wash cycle. Sears technician have been 15 times for repair, (no kidding) still does not work. And sears says they have no lemon replacement policy, but they will not replace the machine. I have always shopped from sears for all my other appliances, washer, dryer, Refrigerator since I never had problem with the other appliances never knew Sears policy which is terrible customer service. The microwave has problems too, since I have not used the warmer and the oven more than 2 times, I do not know if there is problem. Do not buy this dishwasher, or go to sears for appliances.

THIS IS THE WORST DISHWASHER WE HAVE EVER BOUGHT.!!!! THE REPAIR GUY HAS BEEN OUT TO WORK ON IT 7 TIME IN JUST 12 MONTHES. ITS ALMOST ALWAYS THE SAME THING LEAK DETECTED UNDER THE TUB. WILL NEVER BUY ELECTROLUX PRODUCT AGAIN.

We purchased this dishwasher to replace our existing dishwasher (17 years old). Thinking we were upgrading, how disappointed was I. First we had to have the repairmain to our house 4 times because the dishes would never clean. They decided it was water starvation and replaced hoses etc. That didn't work so they finally authorized the replacement of the original with a new dishwasher. Unfortunately, the new one didn't clean much better than the previous. I often have to rewash dishes and the silverware is always tarnished. I would never buy another electrolux appliance if this is the quality. Paid way too much thinking we were upgrading but wish I could get my old dishwasher back!

The pump failed after 2 and a half years. There are much better products out there for a fraction of the price.

I purchased this dishwasher one year ago as it came as a package. I would not recommend as the display setting turns off and you are unable to turn it on. The pump has also had a service call required due to a small particle lodging in it. POOR PRODUCT

We have had this Dishwasher, for several months now, and I can honestly say this is the WORST dishwasher, I have ever had. That is saying alot, since I lived in rental apartments for years in college. I have had to rewash more dishes than I have in my entire life combimed since owning this diswasher! The only good thing I can say about this Dishwasher is it is quiet. There is absolutely NO way I would ever recommend this dishwasher!!!

If you want a quiet dishwasher that actually cleans dishes, don't buy this model. It is quiet - but the purpose of a dishwasher is to clean dishes and this one does not. There seems to be no way to have all of the detergent rinsed from the holder, the inside of the dishwasher or dishes. I have tried all kinds of detergent and rearranged the dishes. I am probably eating more of the detergent than I realized because of the residue left on my dishes and glasses. When we first purchased it we had it serviced twice for this reason but it has never worked right so we gave up. One other thing - the bottom rack has a tendency to roll onto the floor when the door is open. There is NO adjustment for this! I have never written a review before but I am so frustrated every time I empty this appliance - I just had to vent. The purpose of a dishwasher is to make your life easier. But if I have to rewash dishes and glasses and worry about them ending up on the floor - broken - it defeats the purpose of having the stupid thing! We bought all new Electrolux appliances because of their reputation and paid top dollar for them. After reading other reviews, my problems are very common - so sorry to have purchased this dishwasher. So much for QUIET!!!!!

We own five Electrolux appliances, all installed 2009. Upon installation the door dropped to the floor with no stopping point. Three calls to the company and two service calls they finally replaced the door and labeled it defective. Dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes, it leaves pieces of detergent on the dishes no matter how they are arranged or the type and amount of dry detergent used I was advised by the commpany to use 1-2 teaspoons of detergent but never more than a tablespoon. You will also fine pieces of detergent in the main wash cup. Nothing works. Dishwasher has an odor and you will always have water standing under the glass trap filter. Also advised by company to run washer empty on sanitize cycle once a month to clean lines and get rid of odor with a special cleaner. Again, nothing works! The only way Eletrolux company will replace a piece of appliance is if you buy the Extended Warrenty. Why pay the extended warrenty if we went top of the line in the first place. I am a Family and Consumer Science teacher who is very disappointed in Electrolux appliances.

Has broken down 2 times in first 9-10 months, 3 rd time was 2 days past warrranty so sorry for your luck!!! I would advise against purchasing this unit unless you want to wash your own dishs. 4-6 weeks for parts and repair!!! Stay Away, beware!!!!

We've owned this dishwasher for three years and replaced the pump three times. Error code 3 came up again last week. That would make four replacements plus the original with which it came. It's out of warranty now and we are looking to replace a top-of-the-line three year old dishwasher. What a disappointment. Based on the overwhelmingly negative reviews all over the internet, I am shocked by all the favorable reviews on this website. Even at Consumer Affairs website, 78% have written negative reviews.

Today error code 3 indicates pump problems as soon as I cleared that it gave me error code 11 and it won't clear. Really very disappointed in this appliance. I know there are excellent reviews (19) on this site but we have had nothing but problems over the several years we have had it.

This dishwasher is terrible for many reasons: doesn't clean, breaks down frequently, has a bad ordor and does not dry dishes.

I purchased this dishwaser about a year ago. So far the repairmen have been in 4 times and the dishes are still not clean. In fact they have more residue on them then when they went in. We have raised the water temperature, used less detergent, switched brands and still dirty dishes. Do yourself a big favor and don't even consider purchasing this product.

It's a quiet dishwasher I will give it that!! Beside that STAY WAY!!!! I just bought everything new and to match the stainless I got a new dishwasher, the wall unit (27' /30' electric microwave combination (Another horrible product - the microwave can not make popcorn!!! The oven is ok), and the fridge. The dishwasher doesn't clean!!! Coffee from a white mug... forger it! Chocolate from a glass, don't even think about it!!! You are better off washing your dishes by hand... because you will have to redo it anyway more then half of it!!! Another thing, is that beside looking beautiful and being so quiet (big plus), The machine has NOT one sign outside that let you know that is working.... so if you run your dishes and someone else come to the room, they will open, and not know that the machine is working.... I wish some kind of light or mechanism would sign that the machine is on! Worst product ever! Well I would say a little bit worst then the microwave combo!!!

i'm very disappointed in my dishwasher. It is too small and dishes do not get clean but it is quiet.

Well, the first one had problem after problem and I eventually insisted that instead of the continuing process of service call after service call, I wanted it removed and replaced, which Electrolux did and for which I commend them. Well now the second one has had many problems and two or three service calls. Currently we are awaiting a new gasket to stop the occasional leak, a new digitical mother board because some times it doesn't work and the "I'm finished" light never goes off, and the a new connection for the upper drawer washer because it doesn't clean at all.

I have had my dishwasher about 2 years and this is the 2nd time it has broken for the same code. With the cost of this dishwasher I would expect it to work longer then 2 yrs without breaking. It is frustrating when you load it up only to find out you have to hand wash everything!!! It's kinda expensive to use as a drying rack.
