Being a short person I've discovered that the control panel in front sticks out too far and gets in my way so I have to reach back further to do my cooking. Love the range and oven though. So far all is working wonderfully.

OVEN LIGHT BULBS go out often and are difficult to change(poor design) OVEN BAKE: takes too long to reach desired temperature. BROILING ELEMENT works fine. STAINLESS STEEL is too soft, consequently scratches EASILY. CLEANING the stove-top not easy. Even just boiling water requires a WIPE-DOWN.. One BURNER KNOB is broken because of POOR DESIGN !!! (MOST PRICEY RANGE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED WITH BIG REGRETS). My decision to purchase was based on Brand Name and asthetic looks.

While it looks nice, this stove has been a huge let down.  For the multiple thousands of dollars spent on it, in about a year, only the gas top is currently working.  The oven shuts itself off and displays an F15 error which after Googling appears to be something that has happened to many other disappointed Electrolux customers.  We are now waiting for the repairman to come back for the fourth time in hopes to fix it. Besides the fact that the oven is not working, the gas top is nice, but the headaches are not worth the nice features in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this stove.  Buy something cheaper and take a trip somewhere nice with the money you save!

Extremely happy to have dual heat sources. Not so fond of the oven(s) control panel as the slightest touch activates the display.  Even a droplet of water turns the panel on.  The gas grates do not seem to be level as my pans rock slightly while stirring food being prepared.  Took awhile to get the gas flames adjusted.   Husband was able to adjust all but one stubborn burning and a repairman had to be called.  He also struggled with the burner, but after some time, he was able to make the needed correction.  Lower oven is best suited for warming instead of actually baking.

I have had my 30" gas stove with the electric dual ovens for several months now and I really love it! Having the 2 ovens came in extremely handy over the holidays and I love the way the oven racks work in the larger oven! We did the "perfect turkey" mode and it really did work well. The smaller oven is great when we just want to make something small and is more cost effective. The function of the oven/stove is great, but I also really like the looks of it. My husband and I have both remarked that it is the nicest looking stove we have ever had! I would give it 5 stars in all the categories and would definitely recommend it to others! Thanks, Kathy

We wanted the combination of the gas stove top and electric oven. This product was the best solution for us. For the first month, it performed beautifully. Then on Thanksgiving morning, with two casseroles warming, the bottom drawer got stuck. It would not open. The next day, I called Electrolux. A nice American rep coordinated a service call with a local company. The technician came two days later and found that a spring had broken and was preventing the drawer from opening. At this price level, having a spring spoil your Thanksgiving dinner is simply unacceptable. The technician ordered and replaced two springs - left and right - and the drawer is working well. However, we cannot help but wonder if it will happen again. Other than this, we enjoy the unit. The design is very nice. The display pad soils very easily. We have actually cut out a piece of foil pan that we place over the display when frying. Then we wipe off the foil or place it in the dishwasher. In the printed materials, Electrolux offers to send you a free griddle if you pay $9.95 for shipping. We received this promptly. It is small and would be very messy for frying bacon, etc. But, for pancakes and such, it works well. We have a love/hate relationship with gas. We do not like the mess and clean up (vs. a smooth top). But, we much prefer cooking with gas. By the way, our friend has the smooth top (electric) version of this unit. She loves it and has had zero problems with it. That is one reason we chose the Electrolux. Also, we have the matching dishwasher and it performs beautifully.

Computer keypad went out after 9 months. Pretty much made me realize that I had better buy an extended warranty. When it works, it's great, but the uncertainty of it's reliability is troubling.

Love the range! With that said, the horizontal panel that holds the controls needs to be slanted down from the cooktop. It becomes soiled with cooking and becomes especially messy when frying and sauteing. I did have to replace the curcuit panel after only nine months of use. Electrolux and the repairman were both courteous and efficient. I would recommend a warranty.

The Dual Fuel Built -In Range with Wave Touch makes cooking like a pro a reality for the average everyday cook.  I love the ease of the Wave Touch feature. It feels so modern and up to date!  The cooking surface is as easy to clean as my previous electric cooktop stove. The movable shelves are great for fitting large casserole dishes in the oven. I love the cobalt blue interior and the oven light as it fades from light to dark. So easy to operate. Just a click of the dial and the burners are immediately fired and ready to go.  Love it, love it, love it!

perfect turkey probe is awesome! turkey and chicken turns out so juicy and quick too! just used the slow cook option with pork ribs for 3 hours with a spicy rub, and then threw them on the grill to "cook" the bbq sauce on and they fell off the bone!! super yummy!! the racks are about 2" to short to hold a costco take and bake pizza, so I have to cut that part of it to make it fit. that's the only complaint!

Our kitchen required a more compact range and this 30" filled the bill. With a separate warming drawer, this range offers the flexibility of much larger units. It looks great in the kitchen and the Wave-Touch controls are easy to use. The stainless steel panel underneath the burners is easy to clean and the blue oven interior is well-lighted. Here are some minor draw-backs: the flat glass panel covering the controls is in front of the burners, so care needs to be taken not to drag any cooking utensils over the glass and scratch it. And the burner location indicators at each control knob are susceptible to fading with repeated cleaning. But these are minor concerns relative to the overall quality of the range and its many features.

Bought this range for our newly remodeled kitchen after much research. I love the gas cook top and my wife "the baker" loves the electric convection oven- it is very accurate with no temperature variations from front to back or top to bottom- cookies come out perfect no matter which rack they are placed on. It is very useful that the lower drawer is not only a warming drawer but a second oven - comes in handy for baking small items or in handling extra dishes when cooking for a large group. The stainless steel top cleans up quickly and easily. The only negative is the glass digital display does get dirty easily and takes some work to get clean. Overall a high quality product.

I purchased this range after researching several brands and thought this one was the best choice even though it was a bit pricey. The first time I used the min/max burner, the glass cap turned black with soot. After the repairperson checked out the range, it was found to be inoperable as the oven was also warped and burner could not be adjusted. The range was replaced with a 2nd one and still have the burner problem. After several repair visits, it seems the burner cannot be adjusted properly. I have researched the issue and found that it is a known problem. I will be calling the repair service again tomorrow. I love this range otherwise so I'll be very disappointed if it cannot be fixed.

I absolutely love almost everything about this oven. The only things I believe that could make this oven perfect, is if there were optional red knobs, and if the stainless steel top could be improved upon. I have had this oven a little over a year and it has several scratches. Having the stainless material where there is a lot of cooking is impractical. It's a shame because it is such a beautiful oven with many great features but it doesn't look pretty all scratched up.

30” Dual-Fuel Built-In Range with Wave-touch controls first was released, I purchased this, sight unseen (meaning the product was yet to be shipped to the store and only a Glossy photo along with the attached promotional information was available for viewing) and after the item arrived within the month, we could wait to have it installed. (Professional installation only and even then he had to call the 800 help line where within the hour had every thing in order and installed) Why would one do this?(purchase sight unseen) Well first of all, one of the main requirements for me on a slide in range was (1) of Dual-Fuel. Secondly I do Bake on a regular basis and the ‘Bread Proof’ setting works wonders on my yeast products. Oh and did I mention, the Perfect Turkey setting?? After reading and following directions, this setting made the best Thanksgiving Turkey two years in a row! So let’s begin with the Dual-Fuel. Gas on top while the two ovens are Electrical. (Yes two) which makes it perfect for large gatherings and can be used as a perfect plate warmer. Ample space inside yet I need to remind myself not to crowd the items inside for an even baking/roasting result. The cook top has four burners which in my opinion should be rearranged to sit simmering burners in the back with the more powerful burners in the front. (The Left front and rear should be flipped as the 14,000 BTU will put out some extensive heat and can damage items that are closely behind.) I purchased a copper cookware set for the best results with a gas cook top to help retain the heat and for even cooking. The Grates are lovely yet within the month the foot pads were all but gone, thus I do have some slight scratch marks on the back and front lip where the Grate feet rest. I do recommend cleaning the cook top after each use, first by using a soft towel and warm water, and then a SS polish to finish the cleaning.

The ball bearing oven racks are great. The lower oven is handy for waqrming. The burners allow very low settings for simmering. The burners are anemic for quickly bringing liquids to a boil and for sauteing. The cooktop is a pain to clean, if you have been frying, as is the glass control panel. Overall, a nice range that is very attractive.

We bought this new stove as part of a kitchen remodel, even though our GE profile was working just fine. The Electrolux overall look is seductive, with ease of access to everything. I love the oven with its shelves that slide out easily. Most of all, I love the lower oven and used it for a large Thanksgiving gathering. The burners offer a choice of heat and controls, and so far I haven't been disappointed. The touch controls are clear. This stove presents as very high end, but it does not require a venting system to the outside -- we live in a condo. We installed a great hood, but I would have preferred one that allowed venting to the outside, just for odor control. Similar high end stoves do require an outside venting system. Cleaning my new Electrolux has been a challenge, however,as the stainless top needs care after every meal. After trying several products, 409 all-purpose kitchen cleaner leaves it sparkling. I haven't cleaned the oven yet. I find the turkey setting to be a bit silly, since most people buying this stove would know how to cook the bird. We are foodies and avid cooks -- our son is a professional chef-- and this stove has been fun so far. In fact, we are considering buying an electric one for our condo in Florida.

When we remodeled our kitchen two years ago, we searched for slide-in ranges for features and design and selected this Electrolux. By the middle of the year, one of the digital numbers had gone out and I had to have a repair man - FORTUNATELY, I had purchased the extended warranty. Now, at Christmas 2010 (convenient time), the temperature is not holding in the oven. I have to use the quick preheat to get it up to the correct temperature, and as soon as the signal sounds that temp has been reached, it starts cooling down. Unfortunately this year, I did NOT purchase the extended plan and need to pay out of pocket for that repair. Although I've classified myself as an "avid cooker" because I do make dinner every night, it's not baked every night so the oven has not gotten daily use by any means.

When we connected to our community's natural gas service we replaced a well-known brand oven that was only three years old, but had already fried its own controller circuit during our second use of its self-clean feature. We discovered that our 30" space between base cabinets was really only 29-7/8"! Fortunately, we discovered this model Electrolux dual-fuel range was a perfect solution. An optional side panel kit allowed us to easily install this range in the space available without any modifications to our kitchen! We have been VERY pleased with the performance of the gas burners (we particularly like the simmer burner) as well as the oven and its "Perfect Turkey" setting (which we've used twice and that setting's performance is as its name implies ... perfect). I really don't know how it does it, but our turkeys cooked in this oven using the "Perfect Turkey" method have always been completed in much less time than the estimated times provided in cookbooks! I do a LOT of baking, particularly during the holiday season, and this oven produces consistently excellent results. The smaller drawer oven at the bottom is a perfect "warmer" oven but will also do a fine job baking a pie! This range is easy to highly recommend (love those glide racks) and is considerably less than high-end competitors at more than twice the cost whose performance could not possibly exceed the excellent results we've obtained with our Electrolux. We have become HUGE fans of Electrolux as a brand ... and are now hoping our 3-year-old side-by-side refrigerator develops a problem so we can justify replacing it with the Electrolux "French door" bottom freezer refrigerator/freezer!

This stove is amazing, it has so many features! I love the double ovens and how the racks glide out. My only complaint is the timer is not very loud even at the highest level. I have to use my microwave timer instead.

Have only one problem. The printing next to each burnner knob showing location of burnner is wearing off with just normal cleaning.

Two problems I have had with my cooktop/range are: 1. The stovetop is not forgiving. When splashes occur and are left on for a day it is very difficult to get off, especially around the burners and with the recommended hot, soapy water and a dishcloth. When using the stainless steel cleaner, it does not improve the stovetop. 2. Not knowing how, but somehow the oven door has marks inside the window of the door which cannot be cleaned. This must be a manufacturer's flaw as I have no idea how marks could have got inside the window. Otherwise, the cooktop works great and although it takes a long time for the oven to heat up, it bakes well.

We love our new range. Even cooking. Easy to use controls. Wavetouch controls make it easy to teach anyone how to use oven and cooktop. Got the griddle for the cook top and it works great too! We don't know if it is the cook top, but my wife says she has not broken a soft boiled egg yet while cooking, and she loves it! Easier to clean than any cook top we've had previously.

We have enjoyed the Electrolux Dual Fuel Slide-In Range. It has almost every option/gadget and I have enjoyed using them. My wife is more a traditional cook and really wanted and likes the gas burners. I researched dual fuel ranges carefully and this seemed the best choice. I haven't changed my opinion.

This is the beautiful range. It's the center piece of our kitchen, always getting lots of complements. I love the easy gliding racks, no longer worried about spilling food all over. I love to cook and this fits all my needs with it's easy to use features. I haven't used the perfect turkey feature yet but have faith that it will turn out perfect when I do.

My husband and I bought this range last summer as our previous one was not cutting it. We both love it and all of its features. We have even used some of the programs that are included. Overall, the range is well built and easy to use. We would definitely it to anyone looking for a higher-end product without breaking the bank.

I recently remodeled my kitchen and purchased the best range in the world, at least in my opinion. I adore this range, it can do everything except your dishes. I opted for the dual fuel and it was a great choice. This range is not only beautiful to look at but has so many cool features, where to begin. I use the "perfect turkey" button and let me tell you it makes a perfect turkey. I also love the speeded up pre-heat button. I use the bottom warming drawer as a second oven during the holidays it keeps food warm and you can also cook in it. It has a really low burner which is great for melting butter or simmering a sauce. I love how the shelves in the oven pull out so easily on gliders. I use the heck out of this Range and it has never failed me yet. I highly recommend it for serious cooks or even newbies to the kitchen.

I have owned this stove for a year and a half and so far am completely satisfied. The convection oven turns out perfect baked goods and meals every time and the dual oven is a great feature when cooking multiple dishes. Only problem we encountered so far was when the wavetouch panel malfunctioned but it was fixed through the warranty. My only complaint if I have to list one is that the range is a pain to keep clean and smudgefree but I guess that is expected with stainless steel. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend this stove highly!

I Love the two ovens in one appliance. It was great for our Christmas dinner. I put our ham in the larger oven with the slow cooker option. I baked the potatoes au gratin and a vegetable dish in the smaller one and the dinner turned out perfect. Having the gas top is fantastic, heat control is so much better than my old electric top. I had a convection oven with my old oven and never was satisfied with the results. With my Electrolux the convection oven has been perfect. My sister got a new oven at the same time as me and in fact she got the brand oven that was the same as my old oven , but she is not happy with her new oven as I am with my Electrolux. She does not have two ovens in one. Instead she has a oven with a small warming oven which she is finding out that it is not working as well. She also told me that her convection heat wasn't working at all her food was either burning or taking too long to cook. I made a Turkey with the perfect turkey prob and had perfect results. My mother-in-law couldn't believe it was done so perfect. She usually labors all day to make a turkey and I just seasoned it popped in the prob and let the oven tell me when it was done, it was easy.

This range is incredible. We used the Perfect Turkey feature this last Holiday season and had the best, moist turkey we have ever eaten. The top gets dirty easily but well worth the time to clean it up. WE Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had this range for four months; it does everything well. In the upper oven, we have roasted turkey, chicken, and duck using the convection mode and were very pleased with the crisp skin and the moist meat. Using the Perfect Turkey settingy, we roasted a 15-pound, stuffed turkey in about 2 hours and 15 minutes. We have roasted vegetables using the convection mode (asparagus are particulalry good) with great success. We were also very pleased with fish, bread, and pizza that we baked with the convection mode. The bread crust was slightly crisp but the center of the bread was not dry. We were able to bake two pizzas at the same time whereas we could only bake one at a time in the oven of our previous range. The lower oven baked pies well. Having Two ovens was one of the primary reasons we got this model. The stove burners are different sizes so that that they fit different size pots and pans better than a single standard size. The high-BTU burner makes cooking with a wok much more efficient than with a standard burner. The low BTU burner works well for simmering soups. The self cleaning feature worked well. The touch-activated control panel takes a little while to get accustomed to but is not difficult to use. The most significant down-side of this stove is that it vents to the front above the oven door. This makes it hard for a range hood above the stove to remove heat and smoke. Also, the stainless steel finish and the touc-activated control panel need to be cleaned frequently because it readily shows splatter and finger prints. Make sure you clean the stainless steel in the direction that it is brushed or the finish will show scratch marks.

The gas knobs feel solid and do not wobble like most other brands I looked at. The electric oven cooks evenly and you do not have to move the food for even cooking. The only drawback is the height/leveling adjustment. When the stove is at the minimum height to meet the granite countertop, the bottom oven draw scratches the wood floor when pulled out. This could easily be resolved by a rubber gasket under the top lip of the stove to raise it 1/16" but I have not found one yet. Should be an option for purchase.

I wish there was more heat from the burners. I tend to use only the largest one (right front) because it has the most heat. Very difficult to bring something to a boil in a hurry with any of the others, however, that makes them perfect for simmering and keeping things warm. I love he smaller oven on the bottom to make small items (pizza, etc) instead of heating up the large oven...which is very roomy! Holiday cooking was fantastic for the first time ever, because I had so much baking space. Love the convection- rarely use the "regular" oven! The style is awesome and everyone who comes in makes positive comments on the looks of my Electrolux! Love it!

This range is great, however buyers should be advised to carefully check a real model in the store and not rely on the specification sheet that is normally provided. The spec sheet is incomplete and contains misleading instructions which, if followed, will not allow the range to fit as advertised in a standard 24-inch deep cabinet. Potential buyers should specifically examine the back of a showroom range to view the tightly restricted space that would supposedly accommodate both a gas line valve and a 220-volt outlet. The spec sheet does not provide this information. To obtain a proper installation requires a cut-out space in the wall behind the unit to accommodate the two fixtures in question. We learned this the hard way and incurred extra expense in the process.

We have had this unit for almost five years. The overall quality and reliability has been very good and I am pleased with the service I have gotten out of the unit. I see no reason it will not last us many more years. I would recommend that at least two burners have the simmer feature. It should also have a light or other means to indicate the burner is in use. When using the simmer setting it is difficult to see that the burner is on. We recently had a requirement for service. The serial, model number tag could not be found on the unit. The speculation by the servicing company was that a tag had not been put on the unit by the vendor. Electrolux should do this at the factory to assure a serial and model number are available when needed.

Being a short person I've discovered that the control panel in front sticks out too far and gets in my way so I have to reach back further to do my cooking. Love the range and oven though. So far all is working wonderfully.
