Please note that if the security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons. In most cases, you will be notified of authorization or fraud issues, if they occur, before you complete the checkout process.
Orders from the Electrolux online store may be paid using credit cards and debit cards. When you provide us with your card information, we will obtain a pre-approval from the card company to confirm the validity of your account. This pre-approval may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while pre-approval remains in place. This block can range from a small token amount such as a dollar, up to the full value of your order.
We will ship your order the day it is received if you select an express shipping option. This same day shipping is available for orders received before 12PM Eastern Time.
Ground deliveries will ship within 2-3 business days. Standard ground delivery orders will be received at your home within seven to ten business days.
Cancellations and Returns Policy
If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy please contact our customer service department at: 877-435-3287. Floorcare/small appliances returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 45 days from ship date. Kitchen and laundry accessories returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 90 days from ship date. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice, as well as a return authorization number.
We suggest that you send us the product by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should your goods be lost or damaged in shipment. Cost of return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility except in case of a defective product.
Your present right to return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (including original packaging, accessories, documentation, etc.).
Restocking fee may apply.
It is the policy of Electrolux to honor the privacy of any information which you provide while ordering on-line. Personal Information that you submit to this site will be used only for the purposes of filling your order, unless you specifically opt to receive further mailings. Without this permission, your address information will be used only for shipping, and your e-mail address or telephone number, if provided, will be used only if we need to communicate with you regarding your order. In no case will your information be sold or disclosed to any third parties (except in the case of a legitimate court order).

At this time, we cannot accept orders online from our Canadian customers. We will post a notice on this web site when this capability has been added. While we value your business, customs and other considerations make delivery from our US warehouse to our Canadian customers difficult. We are working to address these issues and serve all of our North American customers.
