Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate Sauce



7 oz. milk

2 oz. heavy cream

1 ½ oz. sugar

7 oz. dark chocolate

Electrolux Masterpiece immersion blender


Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl.

Bring the milk, cream and sugar to boil and pour over the chocolate. Use the immersion blender to mix the sauce. Mix till lump free and smooth
