Cinnamon Chocolate Truffles

When scooping the balls of ganache, you can mold them to any size desired and coat with cocoa powder to your taste. 

Cinnamon Chocolate Truffles

Servings: 8

Prep/Cook Time: 30 minutes



16 oz. heavy cream         

16 oz. chopped dark chocolate 64%

¼ oz. ground cinnamon

As needed, cocoa powder

Electrolux Masterpiece immersion blender


Place dark chocolate and ground cinnamon into the mini chopper attachment for the Electrolux Masterpiece immersion blender.

In a pot on the stove, warm cream to a simmer.

Pour the hot cream onto the dark chocolate. Attach the immersion blender handle and blend until smooth.

Place the ganache in the refrigerator and allow to cool. Once cooled, scoop balls of ganache and drop them into a bowl with cocoa powder.

Toss the ganache in the cocoa powder until they are completely coated and remove to a serving platter.

For best results, allow the truffles to warm to room temperature before eating.
