Combine the chick peas, garlic, tahini paste, lemon juice and cumin in the Electrolux Masterpiece Collection blender.
Mix for 3 minutes then slowly add ½ c. extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and continue mixing for 3 minutes until smooth.
Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with olive oil and ground paprika to serve.
Preheat oven at 500°F with a pizza stone.
Mix the yeast with the warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
In a food processor, combine the flour, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. oil and the water/yeast. Mix for 4 minutes until the dough become elastic. Remove and divide in two balls; place them on an oily pan and cover with plastic wrap.
Let proof at room temp for 1 ½ hours.
With flour and using your finger, flatten the dough and bake for 3-4 minutes then remove from the oven.
Brush some olive oil onto the bread, cut into 8 slices and serve with the hummus and some sliced vegetables.
